Finley Stadium strives to deliver a fun and safe environment for fans and staff alike; therefore, the following rules and regulations should be strongly enforced at every event.
Alcohol Policy: Age verification wristbands are REQUIRED for alcohol purchase and consumption and must be obtained at a wristband station located outside each gate, pavilion and inside the stadium. Proof of age 21 or above is required by providing a valid driver’s license or military ID. Paper ID’s are not considered a valid ID at Finley Stadium. Any violation of public law, Finley Stadium alcohol policy or assistance in such violation will result in immediate removal of all parties involved. Finley Stadium reserves the right to randomly verify identification at any time. Alcohol is ONLY allowed on the Suite Level, in the Stadium Club and on the Stadium Club West. Alcohol sales will stop at the end of the 3rd Quarter.
ATM’s: Located in the Pavilion and on the South Concourse.
Baby Changing Stations: Are located in every Women’s restroom through the lower Concourse.
Credit Cards: Will only be accepted at most vendors stations.
Distribution of Materials: Without express written consent of Finley Stadium and UTC Athletics, all distribution of leaflets, products, and questionnaires are prohibited from stadium property and will result in ejection.
Disability Services: Wheelchair seating is located behind the 100 level sections. Elevator access is provided in suite levels, located on the South Concourse. For assistance, please seek out the nearest usher.
Emergency Procedures: In the event of severe weather or lightning, instructions will be given over the PA system. In the event of a fire, the use of elevators is prohibited.
First Aid: The first aid cart will be located under the scoreboard and on the North Ramp to the field during every game. The First Aid Room is located on the South Concourse next to Zaxby’s. For immediate assistance, please seek out the nearest usher, police officer, or medic.
Gate Opening: All gates will open and hour and a half before kickoff.
Handicap Parking: Handicap Parking is available in the North Lot, Pavilion Parking Lot, and along 19th Street directly outside the main entrance.
Guest Services: Located across from the Elevator Lobby on the South Concourse and will be open from the time gates open till 30 minutes after the end of the game.
Lost and Found: Located in Guest Services on the South Concourse. After an event, all unclaimed items will be held at the stadium by management for a one week, for information call (423)266-4041 and select Option 3.
Lost Child: In case you get separated from your family or friends, please plan ahead to have two designated meeting places, one inside the stadium and another outside the stadium. If you need assistance, please contact the nearest usher or police officer.

- Outside food/beverages
- Laser pointers
- Personal heaters
- Umbrellas (permitted in stadium, but not for use in seating area)
- Video cameras/ Professional Cameras with detachable lenses
Please do not attempt to bring these or similar articles in the stadium. Items will not be stored at the gate or stadium for pick up after the game.

Backpacks and large bags are subject to search.
Management reserves the right to restrict other items as needed.
Re-Entry: Absolutely no re-entry will be allowed into the stadium.
RV Parking: RV Parking is available in the North Parking Lot. Spots cost $25 and must be reserved prior to Gameday. For information please email email@example.com.
Smoking/Tobacco Policy/Electronic Cigarettes: Smoking areas are provided outside of the seating area in the corners of the concourses and outside the suites of the stadium. Smoking in the seating area or in suites is prohibited and will result in immediate ejection from the stadium. The same rules apply to the use of electronic cigarettes.
Strollers: Strollers will be allowed in the stadium but are not permitted in the seating area. A Stroller Storage area will be located by the West Stairwell on the South Concourse.
Security: Uniformed police officers will be located at every gate, throughout the concourse, stands, and in the parking lots. For immediate emergencies, please seek out the nearest officer.
Tailgating: Tailgaters may not use adjacent parking spaces and are limited to the space occupied by their vehicle. Open flame cooking is restricted to the grassy areas of each lot. No open flame cooking is permitted on the lot surface. Inappropriate or unsafe behavior will not be allowed. Underage drinking will not be permitted and will result in arrest. Although trash cans and recycling containers are spaced throughout the lots to aid in maintaining a safe and clean environment guests are asked to bag their trash. Failure to comply with any of the above conditions may result in a guest’s removal from the parking lots and/or summoning of Chattanooga Police.
Ticket Information: Tickets can be purchased at the UTC Box Office in the McKenzie Arena or at the First Tennessee Pavilion Box Office three hours prior to kickoff.
Ticket Scalping: Is prohibited on Finley Stadium Complex Grounds.
Umbrellas: Will be permitted to enter the facility, but will not be allowed for use in seating areas.
Water Fountains: A handicap accessible water fountain is located on opposite sides of the stadium Club corridor on the South Concourse as well as on the North Concourse.
Wireless Internet: The First Tennessee Pavilion, Stadium Club, and all suites are equipped with free WI-FI courtesy of EPB Fiber Optics. The general seating area is NOT equipped with WI-FI.
