First Tennessee Pavilion

Adjacent to Finley Stadium, the First Tennessee Pavilion is an open-air, 50,000 sq.ft. covered pavilion which can easily accommodate 3,000 to 4,000 attendees. The First Tennessee Pavilion is home to the seasonal Chattanooga Market, a local food and arts market which runs every Sunday, May-November each year. The First Tennessee Pavilion also hosts the annual 4 Bridges Arts Festival each April, along with concerts, corporate events and, of course, tailgating parties.

Rental Information

$2,000 per event day; $500 per day for set-up/breakdown days
$300-$500 per day cleanup fee (based on attendance/type of event)
Overnight security required; $40/hour per uniformed officer
Overnight lighting and high electrical use surcharge (if applicable): $500 per day
The Stadium Corporation retains all food and beverage rights; catering buyout available.
