Finley Stadium strives to deliver a fun and safe environment for fans and staff alike; therefore, the following rules and regulations will be strongly enforced at the US Men vs. Jamaica game on February 3, 2017.
Alcohol Policy: Age verification wristbands are REQUIRED for alcohol purchase and consumption and must be obtained at a wristband station located outside each gate and inside the stadium. Proof of age 21 or above is required by providing a valid driver’s license or military ID. Paper ID’s are not considered a valid ID at Finley Stadium. Any violation of public law, Finley Stadium alcohol policy or assistance in such violation will result in immediate removal of all parties involved. Finley Stadium reserves the right to randomly verify identification at any time. Alcohol sales will cease at the 75th minute.
ATM’s: Located on both sides of the stadium.
Baby Changing Stations: Are located in every Women’s restroom through the lower Concourse.
Credit Cards: Will be accepted at all concessions locations and most beer stands. The few cash drink stands will be marked ‘cash only.’
Disability Services: Wheel chair seating is located behind the 100 level sections. Elevator access is provided in suite levels, located on the South Concourse. For assistance, please seek out the nearest usher.
Distribution of Materials: Without express written consent of Finley Stadium, all distribution of leaflets, products, and questionnaires are prohibited from stadium property, including parking lots, and will result in ejection. No political campaign materials will be allowed.
Emergency Procedures: In the event of severe weather or lightening, instructions will be given over the PA system. Always be aware of your location within the stadium and the two nearest exits, should evacuation be necessary. Event staff and security will direct fans in the event of an emergency. In the event of a fire, the use of elevators is prohibited.
E-Cigarettes: E-Cigarettes are allowed in designated smoking areas only.
First Aide: First Aid representatives will be located above sections 102, 110, 122, and 128 as well under the scoreboard. The First Aid Room is located next to Bone’s Barbecue on the South Concourse and is marked “First Aid.” For assistance, please seek out the nearest usher.
Gate Opening: All gates will open at 5:00pm EST.
Guest Services: Will be located across from the elevator lobby on the South Concourse and will be open throughout the day until 30 minutes after the end of the game.
Handicap Parking: Handicap Parking is available in the North Lot, Pavilion Parking Lot, and along 19th Street directly outside the main entrance. A visible handicap tag or pass must be clearly displayed.
Lost and Found: Will be located at Guest Services on the South Concourse. After an event, all unclaimed items will be held at the stadium by management for a one week, for information call (423)266-4041 and select Option 3.
Lost Child: In case you get separated from your family or friends, please plan ahead to have two designated meeting places, one inside the stadium and another outside the stadium. If you need assistance, please contact the nearest usher or police officer.
Parking: Is available around the facility, please stay up to date with the website for more information. Parking lots open at 10am.
Prohibited Items (Finley Stadium):
- Anything that may cause a nuisance or disruption
- Backpacks and large bags (larger than 12” x 6” x 12”)
- All bags will be subject to inspection
- Balloons, Banners, Beach Balls
- Containers, bottles, cans, gel/ liquid containers and coolers
- Explosives, Weapons, Fireworks
- Folding chairs, Blankets
- Objects that obstruct another patron’s view of the playing surface
- Outside food/beverages
- Laser pointers, Personal Heaters
- Noisemakers, Poles/ Sticks of any kind
- Professional Cameras, Cameras with detachable lenses, Video Cameras
- Smoking devices, Lighters
- Soccer balls
- Umbrellas, strollers
*Finley Stadium reserves the right to determine what items not listed herein may be deemed inappropriate for entry.
*Please do not attempt to bring these or similar articles in the stadium. Items will not be stored at the gate or stadium for pick up after the game.
*Metal detection pass-through will be required at every gate.
Re-entry: Absolutely no re-entry will be allowed into the stadium.

Smoking/Tobacco Policy: Smoking is allowed in designated areas only. Smoking is prohibited in the stands and will result in immediate ejection from the facility.
Security: Upon entering the facility, all patrons are subject to inspections and pat downs. In addition, all bags and purses are subject to search. Uniformed police officers will be located at every gate, throughout the concourse, stands, and in the parking lots. For immediate emergencies, please seek out the nearest officer.
Tailgating: Tailgaters may not use adjacent parking spaces and are limited to the space occupied by their vehicle. Open flame cooking is restricted to the grassy areas of each lot. No open flame cooking is permitted on the lot surface. Inappropriate or unsafe behavior will not be allowed. Underage drinking will not be permitted and will result in arrest. Although trash cans are spaced throughout the lots to aid in maintaining a safe and clean environment guests are asked to bag their trash. Failure to comply with any of the above conditions may result in a guest’s removal from the parking lots and/or summoning of Chattanooga Police. Finley Stadium staff reserve the right to restrict any tailgating activity that is deemed inappropriate or a public safety issue.
Ticket Scalping: Is prohibited on Finley Stadium Complex grounds.
Water Fountains: A handicap accessible water fountain is located on both the North and South Concourse for your convenience.
