Inside of Stadium:
All guests purchasing alcohol must present a valid ID for each purchase.
No alcohol will be sold to guests who appear to be impaired.
Alcohol sales on the concourses and in the seating areas will generally terminate at the end of the third quarter (football games) or the 75th minute (soccer games).
Guests passing alcohol to minors will be ejected and subject to arrest.
Guests possessing alcohol, who do not have proof of being at least 21 years of age, may be ejected.
Alcoholic beverages may not be brought into the stadium. Any attempt to bring alcohol into the stadium will be considered a violation of the Fan Code of Conduct and may result in the guests being ejected, arrested, or tickets being revoked.
All guests must finish and dispose of alcoholic beverages before exiting the stadium.
There is a two (2) alcohol drink limit, per transaction.
We reserve the right to refuse the sale of alcohol to any guest.

Finley Stadium welcomes certified, leashed service animals following the ADA title II and III Law.
Please note that comfort animals, emotional support animals, and therapy dogs are not considered service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA. Other animals, whether wild or domestic, trained or untrained, are not considered service animals. A doctor’s letter does not turn an animal into a service animal; unfortunately, animals identified under these categories will be denied access to the stadium.

Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) are located in the south stadium elevator lobbies on the first, second, and third floors; on the north concourse at the City Gate; and next to the First Horizon Pavilion restrooms. These devices are accessible in case of an emergency.

To enhance safety and expedite fan entry at Finley Stadium events, we have adopted an identical Bag Policy as many other stadiums around the United States, including Neyland Stadium and Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
Only one clear plastic bag no larger than 12 inches by 6 inches by 12 inches or a one-gallon, transparent, resealable plastic storage bag per person will be permitted. Fans will also be allowed a small clutch purse not to exceed 4.5 inches by 6.5 inches.
No other bags will be allowed inside Finley Stadium. All items, including clear bags and clutch purses, are subject to search at the gates.

Permitted:
Handheld digital or film cameras, including Go Pro cameras, with a lens less than 6” in length (detachable or non-detachable), are permitted into Finley Stadium as long as their use does not interfere with other guests’ enjoyment of the event. Please note that camera cases and bags accompanying personal cameras must meet the stadium’s Clear Bag Policy. Otherwise, they will be denied entry.Not permitted:
Tripods, monopods, “selfie sticks,” and cameras with a lens longer than 6″ (detachable or non-detachable) will not be permitted into the stadium. Additionally, camera cases and bags that do not meet the stadium’s Clear Bag Policy guidelines and specifications will not be permitted.Please note that while digital cameras and related pictures are welcome and permitted (unless otherwise indicated within the stadium), video cameras and video recording of events in any manner or through any device are strictly prohibited.

For the safety of all our guests, containers cannot be carried into Finley Stadium. This includes coolers, glass bottles, and cans. Please see any of our security staff members or email help@finleystadium.com for assistance if you have a medical need. Empty, plastic and metal water bottles are permissible.

The Erlanger Calming Corner is tucked away across from section 110 on the South Concourse and features soft furniture, fidget toys, a weighted blanket, and more to allow those with sensory challenges to calm and reset as needed. The sensory room is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please see a Guest Services team member for more information, or text our Fan Line at (423) 830-2583.

Diaper Bags are required to be searched and tagged upon stadium entry and must be accompanied by a baby or infant. Clear diaper bags are encouraged.

Finley Stadium is located within a No Fly Zone. We do not allow drones of any kind to be on the campus.

EV drivers can now charge their cars while visiting the First Horizon Pavilion and Dog Park with the opening of a new Electrify America charging station featuring six hyper-fast chargers – capable of speeds up to 350 kW. Customers can conveniently pay by credit or debit card at the charger or via the Electrify America’s mobile app. The mobile app also allows users to locate a charger, find pricing, initiate a charge and check charging progress, allowing customers to enjoy the activities at the pavilion, dog park and Finley Stadium while their vehicle charges.
Chargers may be inaccessible during UTC Football games and other major events.

Elevators are for Press Box and Skybox access only. Guests and Media must have proper credentials to enter the Press Box or Skybox levels. Elevators are located at the VIP Entrance that are the two double glass doors that are located between the St. Elmo gates. See campus map for visual of the stadium.

In the event of an emergency at Finley Stadium, event staff, event security and police officers are available to assist all guests. Pertinent information regarding the emergency and evacuation procedures will be provided over the public-address system and the scoreboard.

Should you need immediate assistance, guests are encouraged to report issues and concerts to the nearest security personnel or any stadium team member.
Fans are also encouraged to report inappropriate behavior by text message. Using your mobile device, text (423) 830-2583 followed by your specific stadium location and provide a brief description of your need for assistance.

Intoxication or other signs of alcohol or substance impairment that results in irresponsible behavior.
Behavior that is unruly, disruptive, threatening, or illegal, in nature, or conduct that results in damage to the venue or other personal property.
Possession of an unauthorized device or other prohibited items.
Failing to follow instructions of law enforcement, security personnel and/or guest services regarding stadium operations, policies and/or emergency response procedures.
Foul or abusive language, offensive language or obscene gestures, to include the use of such language or gestures concerning a person’s race, ethnicity, color, gender, religion, creed, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression or national origin; or to instigate, incite or encourage a confrontation or physical assault.
Verbal or physical harassment of officials, players, staff or other fans.
Any behavior that otherwise targets other fans or interferes with other fans’ enjoyment of the game, such as unreasonably obstructing the view of other guests.
Interference with the progress of the game (including throwing objects, declining to return a ball that enters the stands or attempting to enter the field or any other location other than that permitted by the fan’s ticket or credential).
Any conduct deemed inappropriate or dangerous to fans, participants or team members.
The use of any tobacco products, including e-cigarettes, inside the stadium or within the immediate gate plazas, is prohibited. Additionally, once a fan exits the stadium, re-entry is strictly prohibited.
Stadium personnel will promptly intervene when necessary to ensure the Fan Code of Conduct is enforced. Ticket holders or guests who choose not to adhere to these guidelines will be subject to revocation of parking privileges and/or season tickets, an inability to attend future stadium events, event ejection without refund, cited for trespass or possible arrest.
Fans are also encouraged to report inappropriate behavior by text message. Using your mobile device, text (423) 830-2583 followed by your specific stadium location and provide a brief description of your need for assistance.
Finley Stadium reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who has engaged in harassment or officials, team members, staff and/or other fans who have otherwise violated this Fan Code of Conduct using social or digital media or other forms of communication.

Guests are reminded that attempting to enter or access the playing field without the proper credentials is a violation of the Fan Code of Conduct and is grounds for immediate ejection and arrest.

Finley’s first aid room, now the Erlanger First Aid Room, will remain in its original location across from section 103, also on the South Concourse, and include an examination table and Erlanger medics.

NOW ACCEPTING CARD AND MOBILE PAYMENT ONLY
Outside food and beverages are not allowed to be brought into Finley Stadium. This includes food and beverage items purchased on the immediate exterior of the stadium.
The only exceptions to the Food and Beverage policy are:
Parents with small children may bring plastic bottles of non-frozen formula or milk, and small snacks inside of the stadium
Medically necessary food items inspected and approved by Security Personnel at the stadium gates.
Each fan is allowed to bring one (1) empty, reusable water bottle. A water refill station is located behind seating section 108.

In days leading up to the event, be on the lookout for an email from CFC or UTC. that will include specific event day information and details. This email will help to prepare you for event day!
Currently, gates will open 1 hour (60 minutes) before CFC matches and 1.5 hours (90 minutes) prior to UTC football games start time.

Finley Stadium is equipped with high-speed wireless internet in partnership with EPB Fiber Optics in the Ultra Club, Luxury Skyboxes, Press Boxes and areas for working Press, Teams, and Staff.

Guests looking to claim or report lost items should do so at the nearest Guest Service Center located at the VIP Entrance that are the two double glass doors that are located between the St. Elmo gates or call 423.206.9583. See campus map for visual of the stadium.

A lost person should be brought to the Main Guest Service Center located at the VIP Entrance that are the two double glass doors that are located between the St. Elmo gates. See Map for visual of the stadium. You may also notify the nearest police officer or security personnel to further assist you.

Masks that fully cover or conceal identity are not permitted at Finley Stadium.
Face painting is permitted as long as it does not fully conceal the identity of the guest.

All Media must enter through the VIP Entrance with proper credentials. This entrance is typically located at the St. Elmo East gate. See campus map for visual of the stadium.

Conveniently located next to the stadium’s elevator lobby and across from the Ultra Club, the Erlanger Mother’s Room features a self-sanitizing Pluie changing table with a patented UV-C light system designed to kill 99.9% of germs, a sound machine, refrigerator, and television for users to keep up with the game.

Musical instruments or any types of noise making devices are not permitted inside Finley Stadium. This includes, but is not limited to items like air horns, drums, and whistles. Cowbells are allowed.

All lots on the Finley Stadium / First Horizon Pavilion campus are private and pay-only; no free parking is available anytime.
The red zones are frequent road closures; it is both unsafe and illegal to drive through a road closure, and you will receive a ticket!
Special event parking pricing will vary depending on the event. Kiosks do accept credit cards, or scan one of the QR codes posted in all parking areas. Click here for more info.

Finley Stadium is a non-smoking, non-vaping and tobacco free campus. The use of any tobacco based products, e-cigarettes and vaporizers, inside of the stadium or within the immediate gate plazas, is strictly prohibited.
Additional prohibited items and behaviors at Finley Stadium include, but are not limited to:
Abusive, foul or disruptive language
Aerosol cans or pressurized containers
Alcohol, illegal drugs or harmful chemicals
Animals (except service animals)
Airhorns (Manual and Non-Manual)
Anything that would obstruct another patron's view
Artificial Noisemakers (Cowbells are allowed)
Bags that do not follow the Finley Stadium clear bag policy
Cameras with lens longer than 6” (detachable or non-detachable) and camera bags that do not meet clear bag policy specifications (Not applicable with valid media pass)
Chairs, folding chairs, boosters seats, or stools
Confetti or Confetti Cannons
Devices deemed suspicious by Stadium security or Stadium personnel in its sole discretion are prohibited. Guests should be prepared to demonstrate any device’s operational use upon request.
Drones (Finley Stadium's campus is a NO FLY ZONE)
Drunk and/or disorderly conduct
Entering a seating area without the correct ticket
Entering the field of play without authorization
Fighting or inciting a fight
Glass bottles
Hover-boards, bi-cycles, skateboards, and scooters.
Interference with the progress of the event (including throwing objects)
Knives of any length
Large Umbrellas (collapsible umbrellas are acceptable and must be under 33”)
Laser Pointers
Lights
Masks related to health provisions are permitted; Other masks that cover or conceal identity are not permitted.
Megaphones
Noisemakers, including but not limited to, whistles and horns
Non-empty water bottles
Outside food and beverage items
Propane or gas-powered heaters are not permitted
Pyrotechnics and fireworks of any kind including, but not limited to, flares, smoke bombs, or incendiary devices
Sirens and speakers
Stadium seats with pockets

Weapons of any kind including, but not limited to, knives, pepper spray, stun guns, concealed weapons, and firearms.
Whistles
**and/or any other item or action deemed dangerous, unnecessary, inappropriate or suspicious in nature, by any Finley Stadium team member.
Finley Stadium security personnel will review all unique circumstances on a case by case basis and reserve the right to deny access of items based on specific event requirements/requests and overall building policies.
No items can be left or stored at the gates.

To ensure all guests can enjoy the event, personal radios/smart phones must be used with headphones inside Finley Stadium.

In accordance with Finley Stadium security procedures, guests may not exit and re-enter the stadium using the same ticket.

In partnership with Kulture City, Finley Stadium offers sensory kits with noise reducing headphones and other sensory items are available at the Guest Services desk located in the south concourse elevator lobby.
Please note: Sensory kits are complimentary to lease with the exchange of a valid government issued ID.

In order to produce an enhanced fan experience, and to maintain full compliance with Tennessee Alcohol Beverage Control laws and local ordinances, only trained and licensed bartenders will be allowed to transport and serve alcoholic beverages (beer, wine and spirits) during pregame activities at the First Horizon Pavilion and Finley Stadium.
BYOB, or “brown-bagging” during tailgates, are not permissible under current state and local laws.

Full-Size Umbrellas are prohibited. All umbrellas must be collapsable and under 33 inches to be allowed in the stadium.

Guests are not permitted to bring firearms or any other weapons, including pocket knives inside Finley Stadium. This includes off-duty law enforcement officials attending the event.

Finley is pleased to provide wheelchair assistance for mobility impaired guests. For assistance, the nearest guest service or staff member can assist.
Accessible seating is available behind sections 101, 111, 121, & 129.
